When you are using Meraki Remote Control to connect to managed computer and you receive an errorĀ “Error: Server disconnected (code: 1005)” – VNC will disconnect.
- In Meraki Dashboard Click on Systems manage – Monitor – Clients and click on the client you are having problems with.
- Scroll down to Live Tools section and click on Process List
- Click Fetch Process list
- kill all winvnc.exe processes
- Try using Meraki Remote Control again and it will connect with no error now.
